• How do I change my email address?

    Once logged in, click the dropdown menu in the top right next to your user name. Select “Settings”, go to profile, edit email

  • How do I change my password?

    Once logged in, click the dropdown menu in the top right next to your user name. Select “Settings”, then “Security” and enter your new password and click “Update”.

  • How can I sort my projects?

    Sort project within the Project Dashboard by selecting the drop down menu in the top left of the Dashboard. Sort by Name, Date Created, or Date Modified.

  • How do I create a folder?

    To create a folder click the green Create Folder icon in the top right of the Dashboard, enter the name of your folder and click “Create”.

  • How do I move a project?

    To move a project to a created folder, click the three dots to the right of the project name and select “Move to Folder”. Select the folder of your choice from the menu.

  • How do I delete a project?

    You cannot delete a project. If you wish to remove a project contact your Vuit account manager.

  • How do I delete a folder?

    To delete a folder, click the three dots to the right of the project name and select “Delete Folder” from the menu.

  • What happens if I delete a folder that contains projects?

    If you delete a folder that contains projects, the projects will default back to the main Dashboard.

  • How do I access a project?

    To access an individual project, simply click the name or the icon of the project from the Dashboard.

  • How do I download my project files?

    To download your project files, select the specific project and click “Downloads” from the top right of the Project screen. Select which file you want to download from the popup menu.

  • What is included in my Vuit Bundle?

    Your Vuit Bundle includes all of your project files and Point Cloud export for use in CAD and Revit.

  • I can’t reset my password

    If you are having trouble changing your password contact your Vuit Account Manager, or email help@vuit.ca.

  • I am having trouble logging in

    If you are having trouble logging in contact your Vuit Account Manager, or email help@vuit.ca.

  • My project isn’t there

    It takes between 48 and 72 hours for your project to appear in the Dashboard. If it has been longer or you require immediate access, contact your Vuit Account Manager.

  • I can’t access my downloads

    Depending on your package you will have access to various downloads, including Report, Floor Plan, and your Vuit Bundle (containing Point Cloud files for CAD and Revit). If you are having trouble accessing your downloads, contact your Vuit Account Manager.
